Services
2.1 Description of Services
Levirgo Clinic offers a range of luxury aesthetic and wellness services, including but not limited to facial rejuvenation, fat loss treatments, muscle sculpting, skin health treatments, and injectables. Full details are available on our website.
2.2 Appointments
Appointments must be booked via our official website, WhatsApp, or by phone. We do not accept walk-in appointments without prior scheduling.
2.3 Deposits
Aesthetician consultations require a £50 non-refundable deposit, redeemable against treatment or clinic products.
Skin consultations with a dermatologist require a £100 non-refundable deposit, also redeemable against treatments or products. We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances. All transactions must be completed by card.
2.4 Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients must provide at least 24 hours. notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment to retain their deposit. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. All clients agree to have their card details stored securely for deposit and no-show fee purposes. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in automatic loss of the deposit.

3.1 Pricing
All service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and AMEX. We are a cashless business and do not accept cash.
3.3 Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered. Concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting

Health & Safety
4.1 Client Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing treatments. We are not liable for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed health information.
4.2 Hygiene and Behavior
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client exhibiting inappropriate behaviour or violating our safety standards.
Photography & Media Consent
We require before and after photographs for every treatment. By signing our consent form, you agree to the use of these photographs for insurance and marketing purposes, unless otherwise discussed with our staff.
Intellectual Property

Governing Law
